The EMEA finance team acts as a business partner to Senior Management and Regional Section Heads within EMEA, to drive profitable growth and help the region and firm achieve its strategic goals.

The Revenue Manager (EMEA) will work to coordinate EMEA office revenue teams, ensuring efficient billing and collection cycles, while also reporting concerns to Regional Section Heads and the Finance Director, aiding in revenue tracking for EMEA practice groups. You will also become the Revenue lead contact for our Regional Section Heads.

Key Responsibilities



The EMEA Revenue Manager will oversee billing and collections across 10+ offices, collaborating with partners, lawyers, revenue controllers, the Manila billing team, and Senior members of the EMEA Revenue team.

As such, you will work to achieve targets including monthly billing/collections, ageing targets, and lock-up period reduction goals.

To achieve this, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing all phases of inventory cycles, overseeing WIP and AR, and providing regular reports across EMEA offices
  • Setting targets and managing billing/collection initiatives
  • Supervising credit control operations, monitoring inventory levels and client exposures on fixed/capped fee matters, and recommending appropriate actions based on the findings
  • Collaborating with partners and regional Finance managers to achieve results
  • Supporting Regional Section Heads with detailed information and analysis for quarterly meetings, and aiding in the implementation of a Firmwide inventory management system with the Global Finance team

Qualifications and skills
  • Experience of having led a revenue/credit control function, with relevant/in-depth revenue control knowledge
  • Experience in using Elite, 3E, Aderant or similar PMS systems
  • Law firm experience (ideally top 20), with knowledge of SAR and VAT (preferred)
  • Strong academic qualifications, with knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules, and VAT, along with numerical and computer literature proficiencies, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, and the ability to work effectively at all levels within an organisation, with strong stakeholder (both internal and external) management abilities
  • Strong oral and written communication, with meticulous attention to detail, effective prioritisation to meet deadlines, and the capacity to work autonomously
  • Additional languages (preferred)

    Location & Reporting

    This role is based in London, with potential for international travel, and reports into the Director, Financial Management.

    Our standard office hours are 09:30-18:00, with a current requirement for 3 days in the office per week.
