Position Summary

The Manager, Internal Communications is expected to support a broad scope of work that will be focused on communications services and projects that drive the White & Case Manila Global Operations Center Manila objectives as it aligns with the Firm's strategy. This role will play an important role in bringing the Manila internal messaging and identity to life while ensuring compliant with the firm's global communications standards. This role will ensure that strategic messages are delivered through a mix of online, digital, face-to-face and print communications. This role will work with a team that is comprised of a combination of direct reports and external vendors.

Duties and Accountabilities 1

The Manager, Communications is responsible for overseeing the strategic delivery of various aspects of Manila internal communications, preserving the local identity while ensuring global compliance and tone. He/She leads a team of Communications Specialists and vendors, developing communication materials across various media, and implementing campaigns to promote the Firm's goals and enhance its reputation within the local office.

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Communications Specialists to achieve objectives. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development opportunities for team members.

Manage the delivery of creative reqruiements such as digital graphics and video through internal resources and external vendors

Communication Strategy: Develop a comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the Firm's strategy. Analyze market trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

Project Management: responsible for the delivery of all internal communications projects and requests

Internal Communications: Develop and implement effective internal communication plans to ensure Manila office employees are informed, involved, and aligned with the Firm's global standard, values and goals. Coordinate the dissemination of important information and announcements through various channels and media.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of communication efforts throughout the Manila office. Provide communication expertise and support for various projects and initiatives.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve communication approaches.
