Our Global Finance team operates across our network offices and countries, and is an integral function in the operations of the Firm.

As an eBilling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth submission of electronic bills between the firm and clients. You will be an integral member of the team, utilising exceptional communication and organisational skills, along with a proactive and positive approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Billing Coordinators and Revenue Controllers for smooth eBill submissions, processes, and procedures
  • Provide guidance on accurate billing preparation per clients' guidelines
  • Develop and enhance eBilling processes with the team for efficiency and quality
  • Maintain documentation of procedures and processes, and monitor invoice rejections to identify issues
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and quickly, and work effectively with the wider team to promote successful work practices
  • Review and submit timekeeper rates and critical data, troubleshoot issues with Legal Electronic Data Exchange Standard (LEDES) formats and eBillingHub configurations

Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 3 years' Billing/eBilling experience
  • Law firm experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of 3e is preferred
  • Proficiency in billing processes, procedures, and best practices, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, capability of interacting effectively at all levels, and adept at problem-solving and follow-through
  • Organised workflow management, proactive approach, and self-motivation; familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and eBilling vendors

    Location & Reporting

    This role is based in our London office, and reports to the eBilling Manager.

    Our standard office hours are 09:30-18:00, with a current requirement for 3 days in the office per week.
