About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Accountability Specialist for the Technology of Chief Administrative Office Team (TCAO). This role will report directly to a Senior Leader in TCAO and will be responsible for a variety of risk and governance book of work deliveries.
In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence plans, specifications, resource needs, and goals for multi-faceted, highly complex, or long-term risk mitigation and control strategies on behalf of TCAO.
- Work with technology leaders (application, platform and technology control) to develop, monitor and deliver resolution for highly complex current and emerging risks which require understanding of both technology and business-specific knowledge
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

- 7+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of relationship management experience with business and technology partners
- Experience partnering across groups to implement requirements and achieve desired outcomes
- Experience with issue management, risk assessments and risk management reporting.
- General knowledge of Wells Fargo business groups and enterprise functions, and specifically Wells Fargo Technology
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience; verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries and presentations for management/senior leaders.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing skills and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet stringent deadlines, interact with all levels of an organization and manage initiatives involving process improvements.
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders.
- Ownership mentality with an ability to design and drive successful execution of priorities.
- Solid creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience leading large-scale change or complex initiatives.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
