In this role you will focus on supporting the execution/build needs to support Adobe Target activities. You will be responsible for leveraging the Adobe Target platform to build multi-variant tests and targeted content. This will also provide an opportunity to support content execution/build of offers through, Adobe Experience Manager, Wordpress, or SDL Tridion. Hands on execution/build experience with Adobe Target balanced with strategy, implementation consulting, and leading junior team will be necessary for success.

In this role, you will:
  • Support day-to-day Adobe Target activity and target content builds to support multi-variant testing and targeted offers.
  • Mentor junior team on building Adobe Target activities to support multi-variant test and targeted offers builds.
  • Partner with design teams and support feasibility assessments for new Adobe Target activities (multi-variant and targeted offer builds) leveraging the visual content editor.
  • Support product and development teams in creating test activities in Adobe Target to support capability expansion.
  • Onboard and scale Adobe Target activity and targeted offer build to support growing needs for multi-variant testing and personalization
  • Provide execution/content build support for complex marketing content across multiple CMS platforms
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing significant execution/build solutions that are large scale, highly complex initiatives across organizational boundaries requiring new strategies and thinking
  • Engage with partners, cross functional groups and business partners
  • Serve as subject matter expert in digital marketing execution - Adobe Target
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Advanced experience working in Adobe Target or similar testing/personalization platform
  • Digital content execution experience across multiple content management platforms (SDL Tridion, WordPress, AEM)
  • Strong understanding of Accessibility Standards and testing for web content
  • Experience with Adobe Suite (RTCDP, AEM, Target, CJA)
  • Ability to read and understand HTML and CSS
  • Ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects from planning through execution.
  • Experience in financial services or banking ideal, but not required
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills with all levels of the organization
  • Relationship management skills with the ability to build strong trusted relationships with business partners
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment that values results
  • Quick learner that can learn processes and technical details

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
  • This role offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $237,100.00
