Senior Lead Digital Product Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager for Identity and Access Management (IAM). The Senior Lead Digital Product Manager is an individual contributor position in the Wells Fargo IAM product management team with the focus of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) products.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
  • Lead the strategy, planning and development of roadmap for IGA products
  • Work with engineering, operations, critical initiatives and other IAM teams to collect and prioritize requirements, deliver product and services, and manage product lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with bank security policies and controls as well as government regulations
  • Collaborate with line of business partners and other stakeholders across the company to support their business requirements and secure their commitment to IAM projects
  • Formulate and implement IAM solutions and controls
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of execution of IGA strategies and roadmap
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership on IGA
  • Work with external product vendors and professional services vendors to ensure project success

  • 7+ years of product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 7+ years Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience with deep understanding of architecture as well as technical hands-on capabilities
  • Strong experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
  • Experience with on-premise and cloud solutions as well as the integration
  • Experience working in an Agile environment

Pay Range
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
