Looking for a seasoned senior analytics consultant to cover jobs responsible for data integrity, data aggregation, analysis and insight in support of decisioning and monitoring of business initiatives, strategies, and practices.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage agile responsibilities as Product Owner for an internal risk monitoring application.
  • Consult to Business Line and enterprise functions responsible for complex financial and economic research
  • Perform analysis of findings and trends using statistical or financial analysis
  • Identify and define business requirements and translate business needs into moderately complex research and recommendations to improve efficiency
  • Participate in group technology efforts including design and implementation of monitoring and analytics software, storage and processing of key risk and compliance data and database requirements.
  • Develop customized reports, ad hoc analyses, or data visualizations to distribute supporting analytical information.
  • Partner directly with technology or with other business groups
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute primary and secondary customer market projects
  • Manage or participate on large cross group projects and mentor less experienced staff
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Location: Bangalore; Work Timing: 1:30pm to 10:30pm IST
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or automation; or a bachelor's or master's degree or higher in a technology field such engineering or computer sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: analytics and automations.

Desired Qualifications:
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
  • Proven organization, self- management, collaboration, leadership skills.
  • Experience with iterative development approach.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and improve process through strategic thinking.
  • Knowledge and understanding of data warehouse or data mart concepts
  • Experience writing data wrangling and ETL/ELT processes using SAS
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards
  • 5+ years hands on experience with SAS Base, SAS EG
  • 5+ years hands on experience with SQL
  • Hands on experience with crontab, putty, net switch/ip switch
  • Hands on experience with MS Access, VBA, Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
  • Python/Cloud GCP/ experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management Data and Systems
