Wells Fargo is seeking Loan Servicing Representatives to join the Total Loss Team in our Auto Operations group. This team provides assistance to customers involved in a total loss, who may or may not have GAP insurance.

In this role, you will:
  • Support a variety of loan servicing tasks, including processing customer informational letters, reviewing loan origination and insurance documents, and applying customer refunds as appropriate
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within loan servicing processes and recommend solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service at all points of contact
  • Manage a pipeline of work to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Compile all necessary documents related to aftermarket products and/or GAP claims, such as purchase orders, contracts, insurance documents, customer account transaction history, vehicle invoice, etc.
  • Respond to written and phone inquiries from customers, GAP administrators, dealerships, insurance companies, and internal business partners, related to various loan servicing functions
  • Regularly receive direction from Loan Servicing supervisors
  • Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and/or customer support tasks
  • Provide guidance to less experienced peers

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior experience within auto operations
  • Financial and/or Insurance industry experience
  • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline of work from assignment to completion
  • Strong telephone etiquette skills, including proficiency in managing both inbound and outbound calls
  • Customer service focus with the ability to address and resolve moderately complex issues
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including MS Excel
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, collaborate, and facilitate issue resolution with both internal and external parties
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Effective time management experience and the ability to meet deadlines
