What you will do

Reporting to our Global Internal Comms Lead, you'll spend your days crafting creative but well-written, clear content using WeightWatchers' unique tone of voice. Here's a snapshot of what you'll do (not inclusive of all potential responsibilities):
  • Draft and deliver company-wide digital newsletters and other communications including Slack posts, emails, scripts, videos and meeting presentations.
  • Manage our WeightWatchers intranet site.
  • Manage a comprehensive content calendar across multiple channels.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and support person for operational communications to our distributed employees in the field.
  • Create and maintain best practices, style guides and other tools to ensure all of our employee communications are aligned.
  • Provide support for executive communications and events.

Who you are

Here's what you need to bring to the table:
  • Strong writing skills, with a knack for brevity and ease of understanding.
  • Ability to prioritize shifting demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Digital content experience, with ability to create social media-style content including videos, GIFs and graphics.
  • Strong writing skills. (It's so important we listed it twice.)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a communications role
  • Degree in communications or related field preferred but not required

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary is $100,000 - $110,000K/annually.
