Senior Product Manager for Growth - Member Monetization and Retention

What you will do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth via WW's (in-app) member monetization channels and (web/in-app) account and subscription management flows. You'll execute on a strategy to increase ARPU and retention for existing members by 1) optimizing the upgrade/downgrade and cancellation experiences for existing product lines and 2) integrating new products into the (in-app) member experience. You'll apply product and A/B testing best practices to build a best-in-class experiences and to continually optimize for the highest possible CVR and LTV.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end Product lifecycle for your portfolio, including Definition, Discovery and Delivery/Execution
  • Partner closely with Design, Research, Analytics and Engineering counterparts in an Agile environment of global scale to translate our prioritized ideas into a clear and prioritized backlog of Epics and User Stories for your broader team to execute on, in lock-step with Global Business stakeholders
  • Challenge yourself and the broader team to embrace an Agile mindset of rapid iterations and learning, constantly improving our execution efficiency and thinking big to deliver big on customer and business outcomes
  • Present and clearly articulate the thinking behind the recommended solutions for your product portfolio
  • Manage bottlenecks, escalate as needed, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great member experiences
  • Launch and iterate on solutions based on learnings from multiple data sources, both qualitative and quantitative

Who you are

The ideal candidate for this role is analytical, detail and results-oriented and has excellent problem-solving skills. You know how to deliver exceptional experiences by understanding customer intent and not just incrementally optimizing the current experience. You're a highly motivated self-starter with a deep understanding of customers' needs and the competitive landscape. You're an excellent communicator and build strong cross-functional relationships to collaborate with Business Partners, Design/User Experience, Project Managers, Research, Engineering and Analytics teams.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in a Product Management role in a consumer-facing, software-as-a-service / mobile-first business (Subscription a strong plus)
  • Demonstrated deliverables, currently live and in production, showcasing iterative customer-facing experiences
  • Excellent quantitative data analysis (experience working with Google Analytics a plus) and experience with A/B testing
  • Experience working with Data Science and/or Analytics teams to understand the impact of features and influence iterative development
  • Compelling storytelling skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate concepts and ideas, align stakeholders, multiple teams, and leadership to recommended strategy and solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups and occasionally to leadership teams
  • Strong technical understanding and experience working with engineering in Agile Product development
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related, analytical-based field
  • Experience working on subscription based digital product solutions across native apps and web is a must
  • Experience working on subscription based physical product solutions is a plus
  • A passion for health, wellness or nutrition is a strong plus!

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary is $180,000 - $220,000K/annually. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
