Inside Sales Representative

As a member of our sales team, working over the phone, you'll proactively call on both new and existing J. J. Keller customers. Through prospecting, and discovery conversations, our objective is to help identify and uncover compliance concerns, safety and regulatory issues, and overall business challenges, that we can help solve. If you are a driven, inquisitive problem finder, that enjoys providing solutions and the thrill of closing the sale, this is a great opportunity for you!

Where you'll be working

If you're local to our corporate office in Wisconsin, you have the option to work in the office or from home. For any associates outside of our local area, this role will be performed exclusively from your remote, home office within the U.S. It will be important for you to maintain a private work environment, free of distractions during the workday. J. J. Keller will provide the necessary computer equipment for you to perform your role.


  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably selling over the phone, in a B2B environment.
  • Dynamic phone presence to engage with customers, and present complex solutions.
  • High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree desired.

Associates of J. J. Keller receive

  • $53k - $70k average 1st year earnings (varies based on position, comprised of an hourly paid base + uncapped monthly incentive bonus)
  • Work/Life balance - strictly 40hrs/week, Monday through Friday, no nights, or weekends
  • 17 days Paid Time Off + 9 Paid Holidays
  • Immediate 401(k) eligibility and annual company funded Profit-Sharing retirement program
  • Quarterly Bonuses paid after 6 months, based on company profitability

J. J. Keller provides a competitive benefit package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan, etc. The compensation range for this role is $22.00 to $24.00 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's overall experience and geographic location. Note that J. J. Keller is not currently recruiting employees to work in California.
