Overview
TA Instruments, Division of Waters is seeking a Tender Specialist to support sales of our outstanding analytical instruments. This person will be office based in Sesto San Giovanni (Mi) 3 days off 5.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities and proficiencies needed are:
- Supporting tenders' management
- Generating all the required documents by the Italian Public Administration (DGUE, declarations, DNSH, bank deposit, tender terms and conditions)
- Accurate documents filling out
- Communicate with all internal team members to facilitate timely document collection
- Registration in customer portals and continuous monitoring, especially for TA results
- Cross-functional (good communication, docs updating ...etc)
- CRM, preferably SAP and Sales Force knowledge
- Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
- maintain CRM
- ARIBA suppliers' requests
- PO &Vendor Creation
- Support the sales teams
- TAI Italy inbound calls + TAI Italy internal (cross-functional)

Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master's degree in economic fields or business administration or equivalent experience in sales organizations support roles.
- preferably 2-3 years of professional experience is an advantage
- dedicated sense of customer service
- good knowledge of CRM (SAP/SFDC) is an advantage
