Overview
The Regional Distribution Planner is responsible for fulfilling internal and external customer orders timely and to ensure all import and export are trade compliant. Reporting to the Distribution & Logistics Senior Manager, this role works in an environment which requires cross functional collaboration and support with global planning, manufacturing sites, internal customers and Global Distribution Centers.
Responsibilities
- Order fulfillment management: Ensure customer orders are delivered per request dates
- Monitors back-ordered items and expedite delivery with factories with the intent to maximize company's revenue especially during quarter close
- Analyses and resolves stock allocation issues in a timely fashion
- Manage and coordinates country of origin discrepancies with Global Trade Compliance, manufacturing sites and/or buyers to ensure compliance for shipments
- Responds to Customers enquiries and escalations
- Monitors and resolves error messages related to the interface between SAP and warehouse management system (e.g. EDI messages) to ensure operations continuity and inventory alignment
- Readily adapt to changing requirements or work assignments

Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Logistics Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in working with 3PL or Regional Distribution environment
- Proficient in SAP and MS office is a must
- Experience in SAP and WMS interface preferred
- Experience in International Trade is an added advantage
- Commitment expected during quarter ends
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Sense of urgency as to objectives and timelines, while maintaining flexibility to shifting priorities
