Overview
The Market Development Manager's primary focus is to develop business opportunities in Asia Pacific region. This position is required to understand the challenges of Tandem Quadrupole (TQ) products applications to different vertical market segment customers and deliver the appropriate application solutions which address the problems. The Tandem Quadrupole (TQ) product coverage includes private sector, regulatory body and related academic area.
This candidate will work closely with all vertical Marketing Development Team in US/Europe and the respective Country's Specialist to implement our corporate strategy in the Asian countries; and at the same time collect the specific market requirements in respective geographies to US/Europe for further business opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with respective country's marketing Manager to identify business opportunities
- Deliver the appropriate solution using separation, mass spectrometry, informatics based on understanding the customers' scientific challenges and business objectives in the region
- Maintain a certain level of scientific capability in a responsible country for the country's specialist(s) to propose and demonstrate the appropriate solutions to the customer facing challenges
- Collaborate with all the managers across Asia Pacific Waters Organization, such as with Product, Program/Project, Informatics, Service Support, Scientific team and Marketing Services on current/new products and solutions that will best meet customer's business objectives
- Support the Field Sales and Marketing Organization in implementation of programs

Qualifications
Qualification
Bachelor's degree with minimum 7-8 years of experience in Science related field. Prefer master's degree or Ph.D. degree in science related field.
Experience
- Prior experience in Tandm Quadrupole products positioning and knowledge of the vertical segment's applications
- Background knowledge on Separation Science and Mass Spectrometry is required, having technical background on Informatics and related regulatory compliance is advantageous
- Experience in leading a team or managing a project task force
