Responsibilities
  • Professional Consultation: Answer all kinds of customer inquiries about training with enthusiasm. Providing customers with accurate and detailed information to make them clearly understand the training content and process.
  • Training Class Organization: You need to communicate with all parties and meticulously prepare each training session actively. Ensure that every aspect, from course schedule, faculty allocation to venue arrangement is perfect. Create a high - quality training experience for customers and handle various unexpected situations during the training process.
  • Quota Management: Manage customers' training quotas rigorously and meticulously. Allocate resources reasonably to ensure that each quota is effectively utilized.
  • Data Analysis: Record training data carefully. Regularly summarize and conduct in-depth analysis of the data. Identify the problems and deficiencies in training services through data analysis and report them to superiors in a timely manner, providing strong data support for improving the quality of training services.
  • Website Maintenance: Be responsible for the daily maintenance of the online training website. Ensure the timely update and accuracy of website content. And provide customers with a convenient and efficient online learning platform.
  • Qualifications

    Education:

    A bachelor's degree or above.

    Experience:

    At least two years of work experience.

    Skills:
  • Proficient in using office software and familiar with common office functions in Excel.
  • Be rigorous and meticulous for work and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Have excellent communication skills and a sense of service. And be able to answer customers' training - related inquiries warmly and patiently.
