PRIMARY FUNCTION OF POSITION

Being a key member of the Marketing team of Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo - The Making of Harry Potter, the role will be responsible for driving our online presence by handling the creation of brand content on owned social media platforms - including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LINE and YouTube etc. to build a strong community, drive awareness and ticket sale.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: TOTAL 100%

  • Support to develop the social media strategies and all-year-round social media activities calendar
  • Understand the brand and collaborate closely with team and agency to create compelling content
  • Be responsible for day-to-day social media activities
  • Develop, launch and manage all social media campaigns and conduct post campaign analysis to measure success
  • Lead all domestic and global influencer projects including events and visits Monitor, track, conduct analysis and report the social media performance Research, evaluate and report latest trends of social media activities
  • Handle social listening tasks and reporting
  • Handle related administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with other teams of Studio Tour Tokyo to achieve business goals

JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS

Education

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

  • A solid background with at least 5 years of working experience of leading a well-established brand's social media initiatives
  • Experience in the Entertainment/ Attraction/ Marketing & Creative agencies is an advantage
  • Strong familiarity with Harry Potter will be a plus

Skills

  • High level of understanding of how to craft effective social media strategies
  • Experience with social media tools such Social Sprout and the analytical tool of all social media platforms
  • Extensive knowledge of a variety of current social media platforms
  • Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
  • Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
  • Leadership qualities to lead and motivate the team
  • Excellent teamworking, collaboration and networking skills
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work across multiple projects
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent problem solving techniques
  • Strong multitasking capabilities under pressure and ability to deliver on time
  • Data analysis skills and interpreting statics
  • Excellent understanding of the brand and high creativity to express it through content

  • Proven IT skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Business level of both Japanese & English
