Your New Role

To provide physical production oversight on Warner Bros. Motion Pictures.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Manages and directs all aspects of physical production activity to assure that project stays on schedule. Resolves any related issues.
  • Manages production budget and resolves any related discrepancies.
  • Selects and/or approves crew positions, multiple vendors, including but not limited to equipment, materials, locations, and services.
  • Oversees and coordinates internally and externally on matters related to safety and stunts, facilities, foreign government matters, tax and other incentives offered by location and foreign governments, production resources, post production, visual effects, physical production finance, etc.
  • Acts as liaison with producers, directors, talent and studio executives from physical production to post production on assigned projects.
  • Develops production schedules with WBD executives and filmmakers.
  • Advises production personnel of WB policies, procedures and guidelines and assures compliance.
  • Manages compliance with all contractual obligations (SAG, DGA, IA, etc.) on projects assigned. Advises Labor Relations as necessary to resolve issues and minimize liability.
  • Participates in the below the line development of future potential projects.
  • Performs other related duties and travels as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Over 15 years theatrical production experience, including major studio experience, required
  • Must have a thorough working knowledge (and experience) of the entire theatrical production process.
  • Must be able to research and coordinate various projects.
  • Must have knowledge of International and Domestic production requirements (union/guild, local government, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $323,820.00 - $601,380.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
