General Summary:

ローカル・アニメーション制作に関連した制作上の問題について、Producer (or Assistant Manager) としてマネージャー/チーフ・プロデューサーを補佐いただきながら、自らも積極的に企画立案を行っていただきます。

募集背景:組織強化のための増員(複数名採用予定)

Key Responsibilities:

  プロデューサー業務

  • アニメ化に可能な原作の情報収集、発掘、および企画、立案
  • 原作出版社へのアニメ化許諾依頼、交渉
  • 原作出版社、アニメーションスタジオ、関係各位へのアニメ監修作業
  • 監督・キャラクターデザイナー・音楽家・音響監督・声優などのスタッフィング
  • 脚本・コンテの監修
  • 映像マスター制作立ち合いと納品素材の制作

  ビジネス管理業務

  • アニメ製作委員会の運営補佐
  • マネージャー/チーフ・プロデューサーが決定したPR、マーケティング活動の実施
  • 企画とアニメスタジオの提案~制作スケジュール管理
  • 上長から指示を受けたアニメ製作の予算管理の実施
  • 納品責任を負った映像マスター制作
  • 企画単位で自主的な立案を行う

Experience required:

  • Experience required:
  • Good understanding of marketing plans as assigned by the Manager/Chief Producer.
  • Potential to understand the production process in an animation studio for quality control

Competencies we are looking for:

  • Good knowledge of animation productions
  • Understanding of market user needs
  • Ability to take responsible for each duty
