Your New Role
The Sr. Analyst, M365 will lead complex projects focused on custom development within the Microsoft 365 (M365) platform. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience and expertise in SharePoint, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate, and will leverage these tools to create innovative solutions that meet our business needs.

Your Role Accountabilities

OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Analyze intricate business requirements and translate them into sophisticated technical specifications for custom solutions using M365 tools including SharePoint, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
  • Design, develop, and implement advanced custom solutions that address business needs and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including IT and business leaders, to gather requirements and ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and oversee all phases of the project life cycle, including strategic planning, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Ensure solutions are highly scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to junior analysts and developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest M365 features, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all custom solutions, processes, and protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to custom development solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis and custom development on the M365 platform.
  • Proficiency and deep expertise in SharePoint, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of M365 architecture, integration capabilities, and strategic implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple high-impact projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a similar industry or domain.
  • Knowledge of and passion for media, entertainment, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry structure, etc.)
  • Experience working in a national or global company
  • Some visualization tool knowledge would be helpful (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
