Your New Role...
This role functions across two crucial business areas - driving the local marketing and PR for the GSA & Benelux region as well as working to develop and support delivery of the Kids EMEA partnerships objectives.
EMEA Partnerships:
The aim for this role is to support the organisation in harnessing Partnerships to deliver on strategic or brand campaign objectives across the EMEA region. The individual will work with the Director and other key stakeholders to shape the Kids EMEA partnerships strategy, working with Central and local teams to help deliver marketing partnerships as well as maximising the ROI of all partnerships that are delivered.
The individual will help improve how we demonstrate the value of a brand partnership to partners & to the wider WBD Kids business. The individual will also play a pivotal role in how the Kids business delivers demonstrable ongoing value to HBO MAX across the EMEA region.
Senior Marketing and PR Coordinator:
The Local Kids Marketing teams are essential to helping grow brand awareness and love for all kids' platforms in the local regions and representing the Kids business to partners and other business lines. Their objective is to drive growth, engage local fans, deliver internal performance, publishing and commercial targets. Working with various internal and external stakeholders to amplify programming, marketing and franchise initiatives and to execute production briefs, scheduling, coordinating approvals and delivery of projects on time, on budget and on scope. The Senior Marketing and PR Coordinator is an essential member of the EMEA marketing team, overseeing the execution and implementation of regional brand and marketing campaigns across the GSA and Benelux regions. This role will drive the localisation of the overarching EMEA marketing strategy, adapting it to local business needs and working on tactical activations that support WBD and local affiliate patterns. The role works closely with the Brand Marketing Director, Local Networks.
This is a Fixed-Term Contract for ~12 months, starting in October 2025.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Enhance partnerships across EMEA through insights, strategy optimization, and campaign development.
- Identify and develop brand collaborations that align with IP and business goals.
- Coordinate with local and HBO Max teams to plan, execute and assess marketing support and brand strategy.
- Drive Go-To-Market campaigns for priority IP across multi-platforms and media channels.
- Manage affiliate and partner relationships to deliver strategic local campaigns.
- Oversee local budget forecasting and vendor management in partnership with the Brand Marketing Director.
- Collaborate with PR agencies for press activity, promotional outreach, and franchise visibility.
- Support the Director of Brand, Partnerships & Franchise for Kids EMEA in strengthening partnership strategies, delivering impactful marketing campaigns, and aligning local teams to drive brand success across the region.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize visibility for key IP and support Max through strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience...
- Experience across PR/Marketing/Franchise Management in media organisations an advantage
- Experience in content or media industry required
- Understanding and passion for Kids content
- Marketing multiplatform brands and delivering & amplifying PR/Comms activities across multiple platforms
- Experience in creating integrated marketing campaigns
- Understanding of TV business, narrative and formats and (digital) media in general
