Your New Role
The Senior Creative Producer works in a team of creatives on specific spots and given campaigns of creative video promotional messages of the WBD Streaming Service. This person is involved in every aspect of a collaboration from the ideas to execution, whether it is a monthly image, a brand campaign, a local original production - or even related linear versions of the streaming service. Working closely and proactively with other members of the Streaming Creative departments, they will work on creative brainstorms, ideations and innovations.
Must understand the business, production and the multi-platform approach within the environment of WBD, maximizing synergies and efficiency at all levels while maintaining high quality work.
The Senior Creative Producer reports to the Senior Creative or the Creative Lead for major decisions and approvals.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Collaborates with creative team members and sound designers for a thriving work environment
- Participates and initiates innovative concept ideas which will enhance production value
- Participates on creative projects in:
- All audiovisual displays
- Brand campaigns
- Image communication
- Linear variations of streaming service
- Local original production development
- Social video appearances
- Non-standard activations (e.g. technological innovations online, on-site, events, stunts, etc.)
- Scopes work, plans for situation, anticipates issues impeding projects, provides solutions
- End-to-end video production including:
- Conceptual development
- Copy development
- Video/music editing
- Voice Over directing
- Participation in mastering and design: end page/subtitles/on-screen graphics creation
Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years experience in production of creative assets within the media industry, or advertising/creative/digital agency or as a freelancer (with proven experience).
- Experience and understanding across a variety of audiences, platforms and touchpoints
- Proficient use of Adobe Premiere Pro editing tool.
- Understanding of all required technologies (servers, systems, etc.)
- Experience in conceptual development, graphic production and/or on-set shoots
- Creative thinking and problem solving with a good sense of design and media trends
- Understanding of brands and marketing goals in creative assignments
- Being a team player with a cooperative working style
- Having the ability to present and pitch creative concepts to clients and partners
