Your New Role
As Senior Accounting Manager, you'll be part of the EMEA Studios Accounting Controllership team, overseeing financial reporting across multiple countries including the UK, Germany, France, and Poland. You'll report to the Senior Accounting Director. Your focus will be on US GAAP, IFRS, and local GAAP compliance, statutory reporting, audits, and process improvements.

What You'll Do
- Lead accounting processes and statutory reporting across EMEA
- Review complex transactions and ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP
- Manage internal/external audits and SOX controls
- Drive automation and process improvements
- Support cross-functional teams and lead meetings
- Prepare and review reconciliations, reports, and SEC schedules

What We're Looking For
- Master's in Accounting/Finance with 8+ years of experience
- Strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge; local GAAPs a plus
- Experience in international environments; media industry a bonus
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP preferred
- ACCA, CIMA, or PIBR qualification is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
