This position is Maternity Leave Cover with 10 month-fixed term.

General Summary:

Responsible for providing a strong connection between the communities supporting brand and content marketing needs. The cover will be involved in regular marketing materials preparation and execution. He/she also needs to support promotional campaigns on project basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with freelancing editors to develop and execute community content tactics that support the overall marketing strategy.
  • Coordinating communications, activities and initiatives with internal stakeholders for cohesive messaging.
  • Assist in brand and content publicity and executing offline events.
  • Manage and produce internal social reports.

Experience required:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing online communities and developing strategic plans or programs with demonstrable success.
  • Extensive experience in the entertainment or tech industry (TV, Movies, Gaming, any digital product etc.) or digital marketing agency.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.) is required. Experience in social media marketing is a strong plus.
  • Experience with digital asset creation (video, photo, podcasts, blogging etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or any other pertinent degree.

Competencies we are looking for:

  • Experience working in a demanding and competitive environment, with multiple deadlines, objectives and stakeholders.
  • Experience running paid media campaigns and managing a paid media budget a plus.
  • Experience in running a fan site, or forum moderation experience a plus.
  • To succeed, you need to be a creative team builder and storyteller who is not afraid to try, learn and iterate. You need to be focused on impact, able to measure your success, and take decisions based on data.
