What you'll do...
- Lead and manage production training programs, incorporating assessments and stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring consistency and clarity in training delivery.
- Actively participate in facility leadership, sharing expertise and coaching team members.
- Implement corporate initiatives by coordinating with facility and home office associates.
- Support associate engagement through learning opportunities, cross-training, and relationship building.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or pharmacy environments.
- Background as a pharmacy technician, with significant experience in training and facilitating learning.
- Meets state requirements for pharmacy technicians, including registration and certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage training programs effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00-$96,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications...

Currently a pharmacy technician or experience working as a pharmacy technician, AND experience training, facilitating learning, or related experience. Experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
Meets state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician, such as minimum age, qualification, registration, certification, and/or licensure when required by the State Board of Pharmacy.
