Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive growth and market share for USA Today and national products leading to profitable revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Product Development: Collaborate with product teams to innovate and enhance product offerings, ensuring they meet market demands and consumer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, news, product, and other departments to align strategies with business objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Innovation: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to enhance the brand presence and competitiveness of USA Today and national products.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of strategy professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of extensive experience in strategic planning, product development, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and market presence.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $130,000 to $150,000.
