Position Summary...
What you'll do...
The Director, Supplier To Serve will lead key business partnership initiatives focused on streamlining end to end flow and reducing unnecessary business friction. In this role, you will help improve the supplier experience, collaborate with product and engineering to improve processes while improving quality that help merchants and suppliers guide strategic decisions through data and analytics.
You will be responsible for the management, escalation, resolution, and delivery of a roadmap involving stakeholders across the company. You will gather inputs and prioritize process improvements, balancing the needs of suppliers, merchants, and customers across multiple business segments. You will problem solve complex and ambiguous challenges, using data to understand the root cause of problems and work collaboratively with business, product, and engineering to design innovative solutions that scale globally.

You'll make an impact by:
- Identifying Business Growth Ideas - Generate ideas to growing the business demand, understanding the connectivity of business ideas, and creating risk mitigation plans to maximize business strategies.
- Building Strategic Relationships - Maximize relationships across organizations to collaborate on impact, expediate business decisions, and quickly action when needed.
- Transforming Ways of Working - Partner with business, product, and tech to transform supplier and merchant experiences into leveraging and adopting modern technologies, processes, and ideation approaches.
- Operating with Excellence - Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.
- Talent Development - recruit, develop and retain top talent ensuring strong pipeline for ongoing business value.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, or related field and 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 8 years' experience in Finance, Merchandising, Replenishment, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related area.
- MBA highly preferred
- 2 year of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
- 2+ years of experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
- 2+ years of experience of Strategic Planning
- Diverse experiences supporting retail, supplier, supply chain, sourcing, and/or M/A activities.
- Experience working in Fortune 100 finance.
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong influencing and people skills
- Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information technology, business, or related area and 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, information technology, or related area.
Option 2: 7 years' experience in accounting, finance, information technology, or related area.
1 year's supervisory experience.
