Reporting to a Community Success Manager, you will develop lasting community and individual relationships that achieve membership growth and loyalty.

  • Increase customer growth at an assigned Walmart Health location by maintaining an annual sales plan .
  • Engage with potential customers in-person or by phone, email, or text message.
  • Collaborate with local Walmart Health staff and community organizations to attend or host events aimed at introducing potential patients and community members to Walmart Health .
  • Host tours of Walmart Health facilities and provide opportunities for Walmart Health staff to be visible to the public.
  • Build a community engagement platform by generating leads through events and outreach to community organizations, agents, and brokers .
  • Develop relationships with senior care or other facilities or groups that refer potential customers to primary care .
  • Track and qualify leads generated through centralized marketing efforts.
  • Follow up with new customers on set intervals to ensure a smooth onboarding and positive experience with Walmart Health.
  • Track weekly activities, results and forecast expected sales performance.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $47,500.00-$67,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

- Stock
