You'll make an impact by...

  • Driving Strategic Talen Management - development planning, retention, engagement, succession and building pipeline.
  • Act as advisor and provide guidance - coaching, leadership, recruiting/onboarding.
  • Drive Adoption, implementation and change management for people initiatives.
  • Coach associates and managers through people processes - performance, talent review and development.
  • Play an active role in development and execution of engagement and retention programs.
  • Own and execute key People priorities/programs including cyclical people processes, workforce plans, talent reviews & recruiting.
  • Leverage data driven insights that drive credible actions related to the overall associate experience.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.

Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, and 2 years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist or
Specialist supporting a multi-unit/multi-business environment OR 3 years' Walmart management experience with 2 years' experience supervising
other salaried managers.
Associate will be required to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments.
Valid state-issued driver's license.
