Position Summary...
What you'll do...
As a Manager within the US Marketplace Business Development Team, you will be responsible to help shape and drive strategic initiatives and daily operations of the team through effective program management. This role will involve collaborating and obtaining cross-functional inputs from multiple stakeholders, managing multiple strategic initiatives in varying stages, removal of roadblocks and dependencies, supporting change management initiatives, influencing decisions, as well as supporting strategic planning efforts.
As a Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational effectiveness, driving alignment, and fostering a culture of implementation and continuous improvement, across our e-commerce sales teams.
The role involves effective communication and an eye to raise concerns and recommended solutions in a timely manner. This role also requires an elevated level of organization and time management skills to manage the daily priorities and time sensitive requirements.

You will make an impact by:
- Successful execution of multiple initiatives and assigned tasks delivering results while knowing when to escalate issues as well as when to share best practices
- Proactively communicating progress to Manager and ensuring timely escalations are occurring to prevent delays or unexpected changes.
- Being a strong communicator across multiple business and sales team stakeholder groups.
- Developing relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, along with internal stakeholders and working teams to develop business plans that exceed expectations.
- Assisting with management of projects or tasks related to P&L for the Team, analyzing business metrics, process improvement initiatives and more.
- Continuously improve the process for program management by recommending and incorporating lessons learned.
- Thinking creatively: Explore and innovate! Develop and test ideas that can create shared value for sellers, customers, and Walmart .
- Being a part of a fun, fast-paced team that works hard and delivers results.
Preferred Qualification:
- 3+ years of business program or project management experience
- Proven ability to build strong business relationships and influence stakeholders
- Experience with process and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and self-directed. Demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
