Job Description
Responsibilities:
To ensure Month end GL activities are completed within deadlines
Review of P&L, Balance Sheet, Flux Analysis
Liaison with Income Tax Authorities if required.
Work with tax consultants on tax related matters.
Working with the Legal consultants for legal compliance like board meetings, statutory filings, etc.
Complete responsibility of Internal Audit and SOX compliance.
Experience in consolidation of financials
Major role in Finalization of accounts and tax audit and Annual Financial Reports.
Education Required:
CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification
Experience Required:
4+ years of experience in a similar set up or fresher with sound academic, technical knowledge and good interpersonal skills.
Experience in ERP is a must preferably SAP.
