This field marketing position provides a unique opportunity to grow your career by deepening your marketing expertise whilst working in an international team and providing customer facing exposure. You will work in the EMEA field marketing team, and you will have opportunity to collaborate with EUC colleagues and customers to drive demand generation programs around EUC Division solutions. This includes ABM, lead follow-up process and fuel awareness and emotive customer references.

Everyone within the EUC Division has a major interest in being successful in marketing and selling of the solution which guarantees high motivation of all relevant stakeholders. EUC Division culture will support working across different teams and departments locally and across the globe.

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes you will work toward completing?

High Level:

The role works within the EMEA Field Marketing team and will be responsible for the UK, Benelux and Nordics regions. The alignment and teamwork with sales teams is a key factor for achieving the goals.

Measurable KPIs:

Generate demand and pipeline for the NEMEA region that will be picked up by sales, converted into opportunities and finally into closed won deals.

Expand the customer base, considering our SaaS models for consuming our technology.

Amplifying and establishing the message and vision from EUC Division.

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

This role owns and drives the field marketing plan for the NEMEA region. Being aligned to Corporate and NEMEA priorities across our EUC Division portfolio. Ensures execution of planned campaigns, primarily in Tier 1 markets, to maximise our Lead-to-Opportunity efforts.

Strong understanding of the EUC Solutions.

Understands scope of regional Enterprise & Corporate teams / partner community and strategies Influencing others, whilst enjoying direct execution.

What requirements and skill will I be performing on a regular basis?

We are actively seeking a high-energy, tech-savvy marketer for the Northern EMEA region (UK, Benelux and Nordics) responsible for the regional field marketing plan, covering all customer segments.

You will be supported by the other regional field marketing teams, the EMEA partner marketing team, EMEA digital marketing team and the global demand teams who will design programs and support executing them.

Highly motivated individual, with proven success in field marketing, digital marketing and other disciplines in marketing - preferably within the IT-industry.

  • Analysis of business issues with the aim of creating strategies that have clear marketing actions with the aim of creating impact
  • Generate awareness and demand creation of EUC's solutions in key market segments (some experience of Retail / Healthcare and / or FSI industry marketing would be preferential)
  • Develop customer (end-user) marketing strategy to drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Initiate, plan and manage EUC owned events (both online and physical) across NEMEA
  • Participation and support of flagship company / third party events
  • Management and support of our Executive Engagement programs
  • Develop and execute 1:few ABM programs in alignment with sales objectives
  • Build and strengthen EUC's relationship with key personas (from IT Decision Makers to C-Suite) across enterprise business/strategic accounts in all marketing efforts
  • Drive the lead management process to track and measure ROI & pipeline generation contribution
  • Manage and control the marketing budget
  • Work closely with key stakeholders including sales and other marketing functions (EMEA and Global) to ensure that the plan and execution is in line with overall business strategy
  • Manage a number of external agencies

What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?

This role will report to the Director Marketing EMEA, Kerry Graham. Kerry has 25+ years of experience within field marketing, specifically within the IT industry. This team member will play an integral role in the EMEA field marketing team. It's a fast-paced, dynamic, and exciting environment. Our team members have big bold goals, a great attitude, are smart, thoughtful, collaborative and organised.

The EMEA marketing team is responsible for all regions in EMEA. We are part of the Global Demand that reports into the CMO.

Where is this role located?

Flexible: The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working remotely, but when required to travel into an office or when required to support marketing activities.
