Job Description

Working Student - Legal (Part-time)

  • Supports strategic legal services and agreement delivery with a focus on improving operational effectiveness

  • Ensures compliance with the German Money Laundering Act (GwG) by assisting with KYC processes

  • supports on GDPR compliance efforts, including reviewing data processing agreements (DPAs)

  • Participates in regulatory and compliance documentation, such as drafting and maintaining outsourcing agreements and security compliance clauses 

  • Engages in internal legal risk assessments on upcoming regulations

This role is part time role for students and will need to complete 20 hours a week with some time spent in our Munich Office. The contract would finish on completion of their studies.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Legal Student studying at Law at University
  • Must be fluent in English and German
