Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Systems Analyst (multiple openings) in Austin, TX to:

  • Contribute to project deliverables including, but not limited to requirements elaboration, functional design, application configuration and support plans.
  • Perform unit and quality assurance testing, including test case preparation, test execution, and test results documentation, and contribute to test strategies.
  • Partner with lead analysts to explore, evaluate, recommend, and design new features and functionalities with Workday/Oracle/People Soft/SAP and/or other HR applications.
  • Provide operational and project support to lead analysts.
  • Develop and enhance working knowledge through training, independent research and experimentation to become a subject matter expert (SME) for at least one distinct business process and application.
  • Analyze system and data failures to identify and contribute to operational excellence and control needs.
  • Participate in security activities for HR systems by partnering with vendors and Information Security.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of problems and apply business knowledge and practical experience to recommend system and product enhancements.
  • Participate in the architecture and integration of HR tools including design, testing, and implementation.
  • Ensure all assignments meet company key control guidelines, and support compliance reviews and audits.
  • Perform analysis of data to meet the needs of customers (HR Business Partners, Business or Functional Leaders, HR Executive team, external parties) to aid in decision-making.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain positive relationships with vendors and consultants to address support and project activities.
  • Position reports to the Employer's Austin, TX office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or in a Systems Analyst-related occupation.
  • SaaS and externally hosted HR solution management such as – Workday, Oracle, People Soft, SAP HCM, ADP, SmartRecruiters and/or ServiceNow.
  • Eliciting and elaborating business requirements, drafting system design specifications, and developing technical solutions.
  • MS Visio, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Agile project management, SDLC, ITIL, risk management, and quality engineering.

Additional Information

Worksite: Austin, TX

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements:  This position does not require travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $88,200.00 USD to $136,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
