  • Ensure efficient and secure deployment processes aligned with GitOps principles.

Monitoring, Observability & Security:

  • Implement and maintain observability solutions using CloudWatch, Datadog, and logging frameworks.
  • Drive improvements in monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.

Collaboration & Mentorship:

  • Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and product teams to support infrastructure needs.
  • Mentor Associate and Infrastructure Engineers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to documentation of infrastructure processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and implement improvements in infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose relevant enhancements to the platform.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Terraform and infrastructure automation.
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes, containerisation, and service mesh (e.g., Istio).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (ArgoCD, Jenkins) and GitOps workflows.
  • Familiarity with observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog) and incident response.
  • Good scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Shell)

  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., fintech, financial services).
  • Understanding of FinOps and cloud cost optimisation strategies.
