Job Description
The Senior Manager, Non Card Strategy & Business Operations Manager is responsible for shaping and executing Visa’s 2030 strategy imperative to deliver on non-card payment flows. This includes understanding in depth Visa’s non card product development plan as well as in market needs of priority markets to drive towards successful outcomes which could come in the form of product solutioning, pilot launches, executive reporting, and global program management.

This is an opportunity to join Visa’s newly created global growth team, which matches key global partners with product-oriented Visa partnerships teams. Those teams sit alongside product development professionals to bring a more collaborative and agile approach to grow with Visa’s partners.
This role requires an experienced payments professional with strong product solutioning strategy, and/or business development experience who works well cross-functionally and with clients to form relationships and influence plus execute towards outcomes.
Essential Functions
Account Strategy & Management:
- Lead the account and relationship management and sales plan for key accounts, orchestrating across internal and external stakeholder and ensuring focus and forward movement on top priorities
- Align the cross-functional teams on key initiatives including representation from Legal, Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Market Research and Technology.
- Provide reporting, insights, and activate Visa leaders into the account for critical support
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure partner implementations and existing business lines are growing and meeting mutual expectations
Investment & KPI Planning
- Partner with Non card product product owners to create, track and adjust KPIs / OKRs to arrive at Imperative #2 overall targets
- Manage investment planning activities and funding allocation planning for Imperative #2 Non-Card goals

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Science or related field
- 6+ years’ work experience in investment, strategy, GTM, BD in the financial sector with a Bachelor's Degree, or a 4+ years' work experience with Master's Degree
- Demonstrate ability to transform high-level abstraction into concrete GTM roadmap
- Experience with end to end product and client solutioning delivery, make informed decisions on GTM strategy and commercials
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and quantitative ability to derive data insights and drive GTM development
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal ability to communicate with key stakeholders and present to senior leadership team
- Strong knowledge base of stablecoin payment ecosystem, macroeconomics, blockchain tokenization / RWAs, and players involved. Research experience of blockchain primitives, stablecoins, real world tokenization is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity to identify new opportunities and use cases, anticipate how stablecoins can impact payments ecosystem
- Strong product acumen – ability to take product into client solutioning, and partner with product team to deliver to market.
- Expertise in capturing complex concepts and pain points to real solutions for clients
- Creativity and resourcefulness to overcome unexpected roadblocks
- Demonstrated ability to articulate, drive, and motivate a team towards a strategic vision and roadmap
- Ability to successfully build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Decisive and action oriented even in ambiguous situations
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 159,100.00 to 230,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
