Job Description
We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Analyst who will be responsible for in-depth analysis and interpretation of CEMEA cross-border (XB) drivers, including the analysis of impact of regulatory developments, currency fluctuations and wins and losses on CEMEA XB (Cross Border) revenue. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. The roles also require strong written communication and presentation skills as the candidate will be required to write concise and well-structured reports for Executive management and to contribute to Budget and Outlook presentations to the corporate team.

Key Responsibilities:
In close cooperation with Subregional teams, lead the analysis and reporting of XB trends, synthesizing large data sets into clear, actionable recommendations and conclusions.
Present key risks and opportunities in XB and provide management with thoughtful, realistic point of view to revenues’ forecast through independent review.
Partner with Planning COE and business leaders to develop and refine models for scenario analysis, business cases, and forecasting of XB revenue.
Support the annual budgeting, planning, and long-term forecasting processes for XB drivers.
Evaluate existing XB models and templates and identify areas of opportunity for improvement and efficiencies.
Continuously refine XB revenue forecasting models, reporting tools, and KPIs to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
On a quarterly basis, support the Corporate Finance with validation and verification of pricing actions for CEMEA. During Budget, in close cooperation with Pricing team lead the process of validating and reflecting future pricing actions for the next fiscal year budget.
Work with the IT team to deliver and support the regional and hub teams with regards to financial systems, understand requirements and feedback from users and deliver enhancements across current work practices
Manage ad hoc/monthly/quarterly/yearly XB analysis to be used by the Regional CFO, Subregional teams and all supported departments.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or related quantitative field
•6 + years of related Finance experience in a multinational organization
•High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
•Knowledge of financial systems (TM1, Hyperion, etc.) is nice to have
•Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate results with senior level Executives and to distinguish between essential and non-essential information, ensuring reports focus on what matters most to Executives.
•Data Visualization: skills to present data and findings using charts, graphs, and tables that are easy to interpret and support decision-making.
•Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, able to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses.
•Exceptional report modeling and data management skills with the ability to work with large amounts of data and organize in a logical and efficient manner
•Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output
•Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and produce and coordinate time sensitive deliverables
•Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
•Excellent organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
