Job Description
Team Summary:
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, digital marketing and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
Within VCA exists Visa Managed Services (VMS) for Advisory, a team of global consultants dedicated to helping our clients grow their businesses through strategic execution and implementation support in P&L enhancement, tech/digital implementation and product development & commercialization etc.
What a Senior Director, Head of Visa Managed Services (VMS) does at Visa:
We are looking for a seasoned leader to manage a fast-growing VMS team under VCA, functioning as a team lead to grow managed service with a sound financial performance. This role will report to in market head of VCA, coordinating across clients, internal teams, and external partners to drive implementation and execution part of advisory engagement through service diversification.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Provide go-to-market approach to drive VMS engagement in collaboration with key internal business partners, such as sales, Marketing Service, etc. including ownership of campaigns to drive high-volume engagement through account executives.
Provide pipeline reporting and oversight to ensure accurate opportunity management
Lead VMS team supporting needs for business development, project delivery and helping prioritize initiatives
Build strong client relationships to understand challenges and drive growth / Identify key stakeholders and processes
Team / operation Management
Oversee team, ensuring alignment and efficiency, demonstrating ability to structure a team and lead high performers to even higher performance levels
Manage resources and budget via the most profitable pricing strategies / Identify key strategic & operation issues to generate and deliver innovative solutions to client problems and opportunities while driving high-quality results and quantifying solution value and differentiation
Lead recruiting and influence VMS hiring decisions
Demonstrate executive presence in leading conversations with clients and internal senior leaders at Visa
Demonstrate leadership, managerial and collaboration capabilities, particularly with those who are not direct reports as may be found in a matrixed organization.
Develop custom and scalable products using Visa and third-party assets
Incentivize cross-functional teamwork by aligning cross-functional incentives
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
-15+ years in professional roles, including payments, consulting and startup
-Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
-Strong team leadership skills with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
-Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal and ability to influence and negotiate with senior executives.
-Strong commercial acumen, with experience in working on business/value cases that prove ROI / Financial acumen with experience managing a P&L.
-Holds self and others accountable for measurable high quality, timely and effective results, displaying a strong commitment to organizational success.
-Fluent English Proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in leading management service from consulting industry
-Experience in several key business areas, such as portfolio management, product management, Tech implementation and strategic execution for both credit and debit cards.
-Entrepreneurial mindset energized by the possibility of building a new business
-Collaborative approach with internal and external partners
-Resilient in navigating through ambiguity and translating the theoretical to applicable
-Growth mindset that embraces creativity, optimism, and failing-fast
