Job Description

  • Collecting, processing, and cleaning data from multiple sources for analysis.
  • Developing, validating, and implementing predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Developing scalable, financial forecasting models, delivered to multiple end users.
  • Performing statistical analysis to understand and visualize data trends.
  • Designing and developing generative AI algorithms and agentic solutions.
  • Creating data-driven solutions to address business needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Presenting information using data visualization techniques.
  • Proposing solutions and strategies to business challenges.
  • Collaborating with engineering and product development teams.
  • Have built models deployed and used in production environments.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for developing AI models.
• Experience with containers and docker files is preferred.
• Experience with database languages (SQL or NoSQL).
• Real world experience in creating financial forecasting models for external customers.
• Deep understanding of statistical and predictive modelling concepts.
• Advanced knowledge of generative AI.
• Knowledge of data management and visualization techniques.
• Experience with Hadoop, Hive and Spark.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
