Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Automation Expert to join our dynamic team. This role requires the individual to have “hands-on” experience in automating workflows using Power Apps, RPA, and related technologies. As a technical specialist, you will engage with colleagues from different functions and become the ‘go to’ expert in simplifying processes through connected workflows and automating process steps. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's automation and AI initiatives in transforming our processes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and integrate process workflows using Power Automate and appropriate RPA tools. Optimize to ensure they meet business goals and performance metrics
  • Identify process automation opportunities and recommend solutions that drive significant improvements in user experience, operational efficiency, and process velocity
  • Influence senior leaders by developing impactful proof of concept solutions, and by communicating technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Support and supervise third party contractors on process automation initiatives
  • Collaborate and sustain high-trust relationships with stakeholders through robust project management, documentation, and communication
