Job Description
Visa is seeking a Product Analyst to join the Intelligent Commerce team within Growth Products. This team is building a platform that enables AI-powered agents to autonomously manage the shopping journey - from discovery to payment and post-purchase reconciliation. As a Product Analyst, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing business metrics that inform product strategy and performance. You will work closely with Product, Data Science, Data Products, and Technology teams to design, define, and implement dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights. Your work will directly support strategic decision-making across a portfolio of digital payment products - both established and emerging.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver Intelligent Commerce features such as Agent APIs, programmable controls, and reconciliation tools.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and user engagement.
- Analyze product usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Support A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization efforts across product features.
- Assist in partner discovery sessions and solutioning to align product capabilities with market needs.
- Coordinate product launches, including planning, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to internal documentation, training materials, and playbooks to support global rollout and adoption.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in product management, analytics, consulting, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with APIs, SaaS platforms, and digital commerce ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for emerging technologies, especially AI and agentic systems.
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,600.00 to 166,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
