Job Description

The Performance and Program Manager supports the Director of Performance and Program Management in executing key initiatives and programs at Visa. The role will be responsible for the adoption, operation, and performance of consumer products and value-added services (VAS) across the ecosystem. The Program Manager will work with the stakeholders and participants to deliver on the overall program workstreams, milestones, objectives and key deliverables and timeline and will support the execution therein.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Supporting the Performance and Program Director, ensure Visa’s key initiatives, programs are successfully delivered   
  • Track and deliver key milestones, workflows, performance, RAIDs and highlight any additional corporate risks that needs to be tracked at the enterprise level
  • Develop and maintain process and artifacts for best practices in product operations and client service.
  • Identify challenges and dependencies and report them to program management for resolution.
  • Manage deliverables and improve daily processes for projects and product delivery activities.
  • Partner with Product GTM teams, Product Management, Client Services, Compliance, Technology and Risk teams (not exhaustive) to ensure consistent practices are followed.
  • Drive and support regional updates to the EU program steerco and support requests for sub-initiatives or formal requests for direction.
  • Work with Service Experience consultants and Product SMEs on introduction and implementation of processes to monitor opt-out, waiver and other exceptions driven processes.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in PMO for network product operations, product delivery, or large complex projects in a matrix organization
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Certified Project and / or Programme management
  • Ability to work independently and follow complex programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to constant change.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
