Job Description
As a member of the VCS Commercial Operations team this individual will be focused on ensuring VCS runs effectively and efficiently and identifying and executing opportunities where the business unit can improve. The Manager will report to the Director of Business Insights and Operations and work closely with multiple teams in and outside of VCS.

Examples of responsibilities include:
- Data aggregation, synthesis and insights: Developing Monthly VCS Fact Pack from internal and external data sources
- Performance management: Design and manage reports and dashboards in excel or PowerBI to track performance and progress for key organizational metrics
- Metric development and tracking: Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand metrics needed to better run the business and work with data stakeholders to understand sources and calculations to bring those to life
- Data enablement: Develop persona-based approaches to driving consistent data usage across the organization, including new dashboard launches and upskilling teams with current data enablement
- Requirements gathering and prioritization: Work with cross-functional business teams to gather requirements for future dashboard enhancements then work with data and business intelligence teams to prioritize and track progress
- Ad hoc analysis: Drive analysis and due diligence to provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives (e.g. go-to-market strategies, revenue acceleration opportunities, scenario analyses, competitive intelligence) utilizing internal and external data
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
•5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
•6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
•Self-starter who can drive a project forward independently. You are willing to roll up your sleeves, take ownership, and are focused on delivering result
•Analytical experience and ability to learn excel, Power BI, and MS Dynamics
•Structured problem solving using data-driven approaches
•Ability to generate insights and tell a story with data
•Natural collaborator, team oriented, diplomatic, and flexible, with demonstrated capacity to function in a matrixed organization that spans multiple geographies
•Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and adept at multi-tasking.
•Strong communication skills, both oral and written
•Strong analytical, teamwork, leadership, and critical thinking skills
•Ability to influence successfully in a matrixed and virtual organization
• Relevant work experience in management consulting, strategy, finance, or operations
Additional Information
Work Authorization: Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500 to 191,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
