Job Description

• Design identity & payment authentication solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Accurately represent technical requirements for digital identity payment pilots.
• Work with clients, partners and standards bodies to ensure Visa’s digital identity solutions are compliant with all data privacy, regulatory requirements.
• Participate in product & solution client workshops to improve the solution architecture. Identify and de-risk security, privacy and data gaps.
• Partner the product, design & tech teams to drive trusted personalized product and user experiences.
• Create process models, sequence diagrams and architecture user stories.
• Support backlog grooming sessions for product pilots.
• Support technical PoC builds to proof pilots.
• Contribute to technical position papers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to take solutions from definition & validation into piloting, support solution deployment and testing, capture feedback, iterate and improve.
• File an invention disclosure when there appears to be “novelty” in the technical solution being proposed.
• Champion Visa’s digital identity experiences internally and externally.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in implementing identity & payment authentication solutions across SaaS/Fintech/payments companies or similar.
• Expertise in trust service technologies across identity management, risk & fraud, payments authentication, customer data platforms, consent & privacy management.
• Extensive experience using agile, working in matrixed teams.
• Ability to drive a great partnership with product, design and technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with vendors.
• Strong technical skills, including an ability to code to APIs and prove out the early-stage technical feasibility of an architecture. Other technical skills to include, MS Office (particularly MS Visio), PowerPoint, JIRA/Wiki, EA Sparx.
• Ability to drive a great partnership with product managers, designers and technical teams.
• Ability to steer complex decisions, able to facilitate understanding of technical solutions to a business audience.
• A passion for solving the problems of the future through innovation, technology & design.
