Job Description
Role Summary
We are hiring a strategic and experienced Card Present Omni Channel Partner Lead to drive global partner engagement across the card present payments ecosystem. This role is essential in shaping and executing our partner strategy while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders including Visa Cybersource and third party technology and service providers.
You will act as a key connector between business product and technical teams. You will support other Partner Solution leads while also owning and managing strategic partner relationships directly. Your deep expertise in card present payments and omni channel commerce will be critical in delivering innovative scalable and secure payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow strategic relationships with key card present and omni channel partners
Collaborate with Visa Cybersource and internal product engineering and business teams to drive partner integration and solution delivery
Contribute to the design and deployment of card present payment solutions that meet market needs and compliance standards
Provide guidance on partner technical integrations and certifications
Stay current on industry trends technologies and regulatory changes in the card present and omni channel space
Support other Partner Solution leads with partner related initiatives and provide subject matter expertise
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
-8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
-Minimum 7 years of experience in the payments industry with a strong focus on card present technologies and omni channel commerce
-Deep understanding of POS systems payment terminals EMV contactless and NFC technologies and tokenization
-Proven experience managing complex partner relationships across global organizations

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 128,000.00 to 185,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
