VCA Managed Services (VMS) is an extension of Visa’s consultancy offering, supporting the execution of recommendations and implementation of Visa solutions to help scale competitive advantage and operate to succeed in the digital age.

VMS are looking for a Manager who will have the responsibility for supporting Visa initiatives and engagements with our Nordic and Baltic clients, with the main location in Finland.

Working closely with the client to develop and improve their services with a client-centric approach. You will have a solid understanding of the payments/cards industry and will be responsible for delivering and supporting in different initiatives in an agile environment with strong stakeholder management skills.

What we expect of you, day to day:

  • Knowledge and experience from the card issuing area.

  • Contribution to the issuing business development

  • Ability to drive, coordinate and execute projects and assignments within the client.

  • Actively managing and collaborating with key stakeholders across the client, Visa and third parties

  • Navigating and communicating with different client stakeholders and service providers

  • Experience with agile and traditional project methodologies

  • Driving the deliveries in professional and timely manner

  • Engaging with Senior Management to providing regular project progress updates

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

What we’re after…
We are looking for an excellent client relationship manager who has strong partner engagement skills with experience operating in matrix operating structures. You will have knowledge and experience in business development of card issuing products and a solid grasp of Agile delivery methodology and standard processes.


You will have:
• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst, Business Developer or Product Owner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with internal and external partners
• Fluent in English – both verbally and written, fluency in any Nordic language is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with Visa’s solutions is a plus
