Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive social media policies and guidelines that align with Vanguard's mission and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends and platforms to ensure Vanguard's social media practices remain current and effective.
- Conduct regular audits of Vanguard's social media accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and marketing teams to address and mitigate risks associated with social media content and interactions.
- Provide training and support to employees on best practices for social media engagement and governance.
- Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in social media governance
- Facilitate collaboration to ensure our brand representation across all social media platforms is consistent.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Five years related work experience.
- Un dergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Public Relations degree preferred.
- Experience in developing and maintaining social media policies and guidelines, collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in creating and delivering comprehensive training programs for corporate social media users, ensuring global awareness and adherence to updated policies.
- Proven ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with social media activities, implementing strategies to protect the company's reputation and client data.
- Strong understanding of social media governance frameworks, including the design and management of approval workflows to ensure content compliance and quality.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing internal and external social media conversations to identify trends, sentiment, and potential issues affecting Vanguard.
- K nowledge of security compliance standards and best practices in social media governance, with a commitment to staying informed about industry developments.
- Proficiency in using social media management and listening tools such as JIRA, Talkwalker, Meltwater, and Khoros to track and report on social media activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex social media policies and guidelines to diverse audiences.
This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays - Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships. On Mondays and Fridays, our crew will have the option to work remotely, or continue working from our offices in Malvern PA.
