Senior Manager, IT Divisional Analytics (ITDA)

You will lead a team of analysts to support IT Senior Staff (ITSS) Analytics and Strategic Insights, driving significant advancements in IT's strategic direction. This critical position will involve close collaboration with the Data and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AIML) teams to drive the agenda for IT360 and AIML solutions within the IT Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT OKR Program Management:
- Oversee the creation and delivery of the monthly IT OKR Report, which is crucial for performance tracking and accountability.
- Provide insights to ITSS and the Strategic Committee during annual OKR planning.
- Ensure the OKR program includes all established KPIs to comprehensively monitor IT's performance.
- Strategic Insights:
- Serve as a thought partner to help create a strategy based on the art of the possible for IT data and analytics.
- Bring innovative ideas to the table on how to evolve the function, establishing a robust data foundation to enable the team to derive insights with a high degree of confidence.
- IT360:
- Collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality, gold-standard data to the entire IT division, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
- AI Use Cases for IT:
- Drive the implementation of AI solutions to enhance productivity and enable customized GenAI use cases.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with IT executive clients to evolve and execute a strategic vision that aligns with the IT division's top priorities.
- Build trust and influence key divisional priorities and programs through expert-level domain knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Flow, DORA, and other IT divisional priorities.
Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading IT analytics and data management teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of SDLC, Flow, DORA, and IT divisional priorities and programs.
- Coaching and Development: Strong skills in coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Advanced Analytics: Advanced technical analytics expertise to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and influence a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Data Grasp: Detailed understanding of IT data to effectively participate in and contribute to monthly IT business reviews.
