The ideal candidate should understand the sales domain, including CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and customer engagement platforms. This expertise will help in designing and implementing solutions that align with business goals and add value across the sales lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases.
- Translate technical specifications into high-quality code for complex projects.
- Develop and test software components with a focus on automation and scalability.
- Integrate third-party products and services into existing systems.
- Elevate code through development, testing, and production environments.
- Provide production support and submit change control documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Participate in design/code reviews and system analysis activities.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot (Java) for enterprise applications.
- Expertise in Angular or similar front-end frameworks.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript for full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services for building cloud-native applications.
- Learning mindset - the team has a broad set of applications requiring constant upskilling across the stack.
- Prior experience working with Sales Technologies preferred.
- Prior investment/Financial Advisor knowledge preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
