Primary Responsibilities:

  • CI/CD Pipeline Management
    • Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
    • Automate testing, building, and deployment processes to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  • Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation to manage infrastructure programmatically
  • Maintain version-controlled infrastructure for consistency and scalability
  • Monitoring and Logging
    • Set up and manage monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to ensure system health and performance
    • Implement alerting systems to proactively detect and resolve issues
  • Cloud and Containerization
    • Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Use containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
  • Security and Compliance
    • Integrate security practices into the DevOps lifecycle (DevSecOps)
    • Conduct vulnerability scans, manage secrets, and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaboration and Support
    • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows
    • Provide support for development environments and troubleshoot deployment issues
  • Performance Optimization
    • Analyze system performance and implement improvements to reduce latency and increase throughput
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).   • Required Qualifications:

    • B.Tech/MCA (16+ years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant)
    • 6+ years of work experience in Product companies
    • Solid hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.)
    • Experience in deploying scalable solutions to complex problems, from defining the problem, implementing the solution, and launching the new product successfully
    • Knowledge of Statistics, Machine Learning Models, Model Deployment, Generative AI
    • Knowledge of networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls
    • Exposure to agile development process
    • Proven proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
    • Proven excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
    • Desire to be proactive and work towards implementing

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect)
    • Azure basic knowledge
    • Familiarity with serverless architecture and tools (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway)
    • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
