This Senior Infusion Pharmacy Technician role is equally challenging and rewarding. As a senior team member, you'll help identify problems and determine solutions both independently or in a team/group setting. You'll need to work within multiple computer systems simultaneously as you respond to questions or provide specific medication details/clinical information. It's a fast paced, high volume environment where accuracy is essential.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, will be required to work an 8hr shift between the hours of 7:00 am - 7:30 pm EST and will be required to work rotating weekends/holidays for on-call rotation (would be on call for Saturday and Sunday and rotation would be once every 6 weeks) with overtime required based on business needs
Location: This role is onsite in Miramar, FL (Address: 9984 Premier Parkway, Miramar, FL)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Compounding IV medication
- Staging medication, supplies for dispensing

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 2+ years of pharmacy related experience (includes retail pharmacy experience)
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state of Florida
- 1+ years of pharmacy related experience (includes retail pharmacy experience)
- 6+ months of sterile compounding experience
- Ability to work an 8-hr shift between Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7:00 am - 7:30 pm EST and comfortable with being required to work rotating weekends/holidays for on-call rotation (would be on call for Saturday and Sunday and rotation would be once every 6 weeks) with overtime required based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- PTCB (National Pharmacy Technician Certification)
- 1+ years of hospital experience or home infusion, IV compounding and/or oncology
- Pharmacy / prescription data entry experience
- Compounding experience
